How do I pay my rent?

There are two ways to pay your rent.

1. CashPay at any CashPay location

2. Tenant Web Access (TWA)

We no longer accept payments in person or via dropbox.

What is CashPay?

If you are used to paying with a money order, then CashPay is for you!

CashPay service allows you to use walk-in payment services to make payments at specified retail locations.

All you need to make payments:

• Obtain a CashPay account number / card

• Visit a CashPay retail location

• Make your payment

We will supply you with your CashPay account number. If you don’t have one, contact us.

What is Tenant Web Access (TWA)?

You can easily manage your account using our Tenant Web Access. TWA allows you to log into our TWA website and view details of your account as well as make online payments, view account information and provide an account on file for automatic payments.

To setup your TWA account for the first time, you will need your account number. Please contact us to obtain this.

To make payments via your TWA account, click the make payment tab. From here, you can pay via ACH Debit, Credit Card or Debit Card. You can setup autopay, as well.
